Our Process | Real Estate DoorOur first meeting with clients will be at the client’s home. At this meeting we will:

  • discuss the listing services we provide
  • provide you with an initial comparative market analysis

If you decide to work with us, we will then:

  • tour your home and make note of interior and exterior staging suggestions
  • discuss curb appeal
  • discuss the listing price
  • purchase and create your individual property website and sign

We believe the saying: “There’s no second chance for a first impression” applies to the listing of your home. Therefore, most likely at this first meeting we will not complete a listing agreement and will wait until the interior and exterior staging suggestions have been completed. As we are required to include photos of your home immediately upon entering your home data into the Northwest Multiple Listing Service database, and, since your property will appear to all agents in the area as a new listing, we want the photos and video to be the best!

2nd Meeting:
Upon completion of the staging suggestions, we will come to your home again to:

  • take photos and a video
  • decide on a listing price
  • complete and sign the listing agreement and listing input sheet
  • install our distinctive for sale sign
  • discuss open houses

Our next steps after this meeting will be to:

  • enter your listing and property data into the NWMLS

Your home listing will now be on-line and will be appearing on real estate agent searches for new property listings.

We will stay in touch with you until we receive an offer on your home!
