Why will we list your home for only a 1% listing fee?

1. With technology advances, the real estate industry has changed resulting in a much savvier buyer. Most people search online for homes and coming to an agent with their homework completed saves everyone time and energy. We want to pass this savings on to you.
2. A poor economic climate results in opportunities for change. We believe that the real estate industry should change, too. Considering the current real estate and economic environment, we do not feel comfortable charging a fee that in a better real estate market was more easily absorbed by the client.
3. And, most importantly, because it’s the right thing to do!
